Did anybody apply for Barry's traditional nursing for spring 2015?
I know I'm late to this forum. But I have been accpet into barry spring 2016, and baptist program as well. I wanted to know is it ok to order my book off of chegg. The reason being the books are very expensive and I'm paying out of pocket for my pockets. Any advice will be greatly appreciate. Thank you in advance.
Congratulations to everyone who got accepted for spring 2015! Barry is a great university. I am going into the fourth semester of the program. Nursing is hard and tedious no matter what school you are at but if you are motivated you will get it done. In the first semester students have the most trouble with foundations because nursing questions are different than general education questions, critical thinking is everything! A book called Fundamentals of Success is a excellent tool to help you with this class. It can be found on Amazon for around $25. The next class that gives students issues is pathophysiology. This is like anatomy on steroids. It gets deep into the systems and the diseases that effect them. For this class it is best to review the material as soon as you get it. Do not wait till the weekend before a test to start studying! People that are in the accelerated option will also have pharmacology in the first semester this is similar to pathophysiology. If you have any other questions feel free to DM me I'm not a stuck up senior lol I was in the same position last January. They aren't many students from Barry who answer questions on here so I am willing to.Good Luck everyone
