what questions do you have? I recently got my acceptance letter about 2 weeks ago to start in January.

oh hey, I am starting in January also! Congrats to you! I am panicking because I have so much to do in so little time. My only problem is transportation , so if I am going in the nursing program, idk how I'll do it. You haven't start yet so you wouldn't know which hospital clinicals are done or how far the hospital is or if there is a bus that can transport you. I do have a car but it's slipping. Well the stronger the gpa you have the more chances you.ll be accepted. In my case I have a overall gpa of 3.62 and my science is 3.72. I got accepted. But then again I have friends who got accepted with a 3.1 overall gpa and a 3.4 science gpa. Just make sure you dont have a withdraw in any science course because thats a automatically disqualified. I came in with a 3.2 gpa i honestly don't know what my science gpa was. But I did keep in contact with the counselors got everything done on time. I had good recommendation letters, I worked and also volunteered they look at the over all. don't fail or drop any science classes.

Congratulations to everyone who got accepted for spring 2015! Barry is a great university. I am going into the fourth semester of the program. Nursing is hard and tedious no matter what school you are at but if you are motivated you will get it done. In the first semester students have the most trouble with foundations because nursing questions are different than general education questions, critical thinking is everything! A book called Fundamentals of Success is a excellent tool to help you with this class. It can be found on Amazon for around $25. The next class that gives students issues is pathophysiology. This is like anatomy on steroids. It gets deep into the systems and the diseases that effect them. For this class it is best to review the material as soon as you get it. Do not wait till the weekend before a test to start studying! People that are in the accelerated option will also have pharmacology in the first semester this is similar to pathophysiology. hey let me ask you. How was the math test assessment you take in orientation. Can you use a calculator? Was it multiple choice? Was it timed? How much time do they give you. How many questions. And what type of math was in there. And do we take the test in a computer or paper?
