Anyone preparing for Barry starting in jan 2015?? I'm taking a chem now and preparing for the GRE. And for those that have already been accepted, any advice?? What do you think of the program??

Thanks everyone! I guess reflecting on it, it makes sense to offer an invite to those who do have every criteria completed first before those who have something near completed or pending : )

How was that ANE 695 class btw?

I thought it was a great class, it's not too difficult of a course. I believe it's a great review of the sciences and math- they apply it to ANE. Make sure to take good notes of every module because the final is cumulative and your notes are all you'll have to study for it. There are 2 live webinar meetings that are worth 10% of your grade DO NOT MISS THEM- there are no makeups. Like every online class you get what you put into it. Good luck!

Hey everyone,

I made a Barry c/o 2017 post (like suggested above) but I think it got lost along the way. I know Barry has 2 South Florida locations, one is listed in Miami and one in West Palm. However, they said the interview is at the main campus in Hollywood, where classes would be. Does anyone know if we would have to request the West Palm or Miami location to have our main campus be in Hollywood??

Also just a side note, I know several people who were accepted to the program the last few years "contingent" on getting a higher GRE score. So I wouldn't worry too much about your score, they'll let you know of you need to take it again for them.

The way it works is that, at the interview, you pick your top 2 preferred locations and they try to match you to your top choice. The sites are south Florida (Hollywood), west palm, Tampa, Orlando, Ocala. With corresponding clinical sites

I was just confused if Hollywood/Miami was one location and West Palm was another. You answered my question, thank you!!

A friend of mine got his letter of acceptance for the interview that occurred earlier this week. So congrats to all those who interviewed and have or will have received their letters.

For those still waiting for interviews keep us posted on if you get a call for the next session so we can keep up to date on the cycles.

Hi everyone,

Planning on applying to Barry soon for the CRNA program, I'll be taking my GRE in 1 week. What are your stats? Particularly GRE scores? Not sure what they're looking for!!! Any info will be greatly appreciated.

I'm so excited!! My interview is on June 30th. Anyone else going that day?

What is your stats? how was your GRE school?

@cvicurn25, just so you know the deadline has passed for spring 2015. They might still accept you if your stats are good but you would be at the bottom of the stack and you wouldn't get your top choice of clinical site. But good luck!

Hello, I have a 3.8 last 60 credits, 1090 GRE (I took the old one), CCRN, TNCC, and 1 1/2 years of icu. I also have a bachelor in chemistry. Good luck with your application!
