All I can say about the gre is that they will tell you they "like" to see verbal and math scores in the 40th percentile and writing at least 3.5. My current scores are 156/147/4.5. 40th percentile is at least 150. Not achieving that isn't a death flag. If the 40th percentile was a must meet requirement then it would be published on the admission requirements. But, even so, it does mean that the majority of selected candidates have met those scores. I know people that have already been selected with sub 40th percentile scores. In the end if you have below 150 in any category you should still be netting at least a 300 combined and 3.5 and have above average academic record to remain competitive. That's how I see it but hey I'm still waiting just like you : )

I'm in the waiting game as well, have had all my paperwork in since mid-April, but still no word. Best of luck to everyone and congratulations to those that have already been chosen.

Just got called to interview on June 2nd! I can't make that one so they said they would call me when they have a date for the next interview.

Congratulations, did they happen to give you any idea when the next interview date might be?

Thank you! They said the next interview after June 2nd should be around the end of June or beginning of July.

I finished applying about 2 weeks ago and they told me they only reviewed my files yesterday

Hey guys, I just got a call for the interview this afternoon for June 2nd. I'm excited!

Got the call for an interview earlier today as well, I'm sure I'll see some of you in early June. In regards to IZEROII's post, GPA 3.6, GRE 152V 150Q 3.5W, 2 years general ICU experience, ACLS, PALS, CCRN. If you have any questions feel free to ask here or PM me.

Well congrats to you as well commonsense!!!

It seems like yesterday was a call day for interviews. Impossible to tell if calls will continue going out over the next day or two. The math in the GRE 156V/147Q/4.5W and not having the recent chemistry completed (taking Barry's chem starting later this May) and I guess not having a full year in CVICU (10 months to date) at time of review are the dents in my overall presentation. But like you academically, 3.7 (ucf's honor in the major), research merits, acls/pals, ccrn, csc, and cmc.

Congrats again and hopefully make the cut to see you all in the future.

Your stats look good to me IZEROII, with the exception of the work experience. From the research I've done most schools just want to see an overall 300 in the GRE, you've covered that with a 303 in your most recent GRE. The chemistry might or might not be a dent, but I feel like the work experience most definitely is. However, good news is, all the hard stuff is done, just keep working and you'll be there in no time (that is if you don't get a call in the next couple of days).

GPA 3.6, GRE 148V 155Q 3.5W, CCRN, PALS, ACLS, BLS, took Barry's Transition to ANE- received an A, 1 3/4 year MICU and SICU. I was surprised to receive a call, i thought i would have to retake the GRE...

IZEROII- i agree that your stats look great
