Baptist Versant March 2019

Published

Hello, recently received my RN license and looking into Baptist Versant program starting March 2019. Does anyone know when the application opens up and where to find it?

hi! to find the application just got to careers.baptisthealth.net and then type in new grad nurse into the search bar for careers. I've called HR and they said they do not know a date but to keep checking everyday because it should open up very soon.

It seems like their next residency program is in August based on what it says on their website.

Residency choices include:

18-week RN Residency in Multispecialty Adult Care/March and August

18-week RN Residency in Specialty Adult Care (Critical Care, Emergency Care, Urgent Care, Perioperative, Perinatal)/March and August

22-week RN Residency in Pediatrics and NICU/March and August

When did they post the application for the March residency program? Was it 2 months in advance of the start date of the March residency program?

Hello has anyone applied to the August /September cohort ?

Have you heard about interviews ? I received a call and was asked a few questions but that was all.

Well I just applied about 4 days ago. When did you apply? Sounds like you are off to a good start, I haven't received a call yet. Was it a phone interview? Did they say when to expect a follow up? ?

I applied about a week ago , and they said in about 2-3 weeks maybe before

What kind of questions did they ask in the phone interview?

they asked preferences in department, shift and asked if i knew it wasn't guaranteed. They asked why I had applied to baptist very quick about 5 min phone call

I applied and received a phone interview about 2 weeks ago. My interview was roughly 30 minutes, it was basically like a full on interview and I was also asked about preferences. I think specialty interviews start today is what I was told so if you receive a phone call soon, be happy! If not, you will most likely receive one in July for the multi specialty interviews is what I was told.

That’s Great ! Hopefully we all hear back soon
