I don't even see a temp password or username in the email or as an attachment for my account set up.....It just has my applicant/school ID and says "account enable"....what am I missing? I keep staring at this message trying to figure out what I'm not seeing... :sorry:

Mine is set up like this under the video and sonisweb links on the email sent to me for the login info:

Your student ID:

Your username:

Your Password:

My email is very detailed with my username and password and student ID. With Links and an instructional video. Maybe you should email the advisor.

Okay, so the tech department emailed me back, super quick too. They said it takes a couple of hours for the information to connect with Google and to try after 1230.

Also, like tonursesw/luv said, the email is VERY detailed. The login info is designed specifically for each person.

I agree, that you should email the advisor.

Also, it's the email sent from the IT department right that you're looking at? Not the one sent from the advisor yesterday?

Very strange! Mine looked nothing like that! I put in a ticket and it turns out I had an account already set up with a password...I asked them to make sure I wasn't being mixed up with someone else because I didn't have a password or email ever with BSHP...they reset the password & email me back so I'm good to go now!

Hmmm weird....I can't remember, but we're you one of the people that had previously applied and was accepted another term?

Did you get the email about financial aid verification? I remember you asking about financial aid not too long ago.

Did you all get an email about financial aid verification? I saw the message above about..I didn't get that so maybe I should follow up on that as well. I did get accepted last semester but I didn't even make very far in the process but that must have been why I already an email set up. So excited for this to finally be happening! We've all worked so hard to get to this point! :)

Hello everyone! Everything is finally moving pretty rapidly at this point. I wondered if anyone had any problems printing out their docusign items. The deal with my printouts is that the prefilled out fields are not alphabet letters, rather they are small blank squares. Any help would be appreciated. I have been emailing our advisor all morning. Its seems there were incorrect dates on some of my documents. So far, this is the only email she has sent me, was to resign previously signed documents. I'm anxiously waiting to hear back regarding the technical difficulties. Any help is appreciated!

No i have not. Did they send you that email because you had not completed your fafsa yet, perhaps?
