Baptist School of Health Professions (BSHP) Spring 2019

Hi! I'm looking for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 cohort. The deadline is a few months away, but I would like to make some friends before (hopefully) going in!

I'm also curious about everyone's pre-requisite stats. Mine is 4.0, 75 on TEAS, but I'll be taking it again this summer to hopefully bump it up a bit!

Finally got information I am on the alternate list, pretty bummed about it. I wanted to start already.

@imhere101 - Don't lose hope! The last day for people to claim their seats is tomorrow, so I'm sure they will send out acceptance letters to alternates after tomorrow.

It said I was provisionally accepted as well but I have finished all my Pre-reqs including my entire associates of liberal arts. I think the provisional part meant we have to pass the substance abuse, health, and Board requirements. I don't know how we are supposed to go through the BON clearance, does anyone?

We should get more info on that on Monday!

I think you are right. I'm curious to know if I have to be fingerprinted again since I have already been fingerprinted before for another job. Hmmmmmm.... :)

If you have a chance, can you tell us what your schedule was like the first semester? For example, what days did you have lecture/clinical?

Of course, our schedule may be somewhat different, but it is fun to at least get an idea and compare. :) :) :)
