Hi! I'm looking for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 cohort. The deadline is a few months away, but I would like to make some friends before (hopefully) going in!

I'm also curious about everyone's pre-requisite stats. Mine is 4.0, 75 on TEAS, but I'll be taking it again this summer to hopefully bump it up a bit!

I recieved a provisional acceptance. It said I could finish my prereq in the spring and start my nursing core in the summer. I emailed her but wondering if anyone got the same response? I am currently in progess for those classes and wondering if I can start the nursing core classes in the spring and not drop my inprogress classes to attend the ones at Baptist.

Mine said I was provisionally accepted but that my acceptance is contingent until I get clearance from Texas BON, health clearance, paperwork and pass a substance abuse test. I'm currently taking sociology. What classes are you taking now? @imhere101

@L.h21 - Mine said the same as yours.

@imhere101 - How many prerequisites have you completed? There are three, and you have to be completely done with two of them before you can be accepted for the Spring cohort. I'm in my last prerequisite class now, and I will be completed finished in December.

I'm currently taking sociology and college algebra. But the email said if I accepted I would take those classes i'm already in, in the spring and start nursing core classes in the summer. I wouldn't want to retake classes and wait 5 more months.

I'm taking those same classes, but I got the same email as l.h21.

It said I was provisionally accepted as well but I have finished all my Pre-reqs including my entire associates of liberal arts. I think the provisional part meant we have to pass the substance abuse, health, and Board requirements. I don't know how we are supposed to go through the BON clearance, does anyone?

@imhere101 - Have you taken A&P 1 and 2? Microbiology?
