Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has applied to the versant new grad program at Baptist Hospital in Miami? What are your top 3 choices in specialty/hospital? Any interview tips?

I recently did the phone screen by HR and am moving on to the next interview step, so nervous and not sure what to expect! Also I'm referring to the one that starts in March 2017 :yes:

Congrats to those who got offers!! I am in the processes of applying and had a few questions that you guys may be able to answer:

1. What kind of questions did they ask?

2. After submitting the application how low did it take to get a phone call/hear back?

3. How are the shifts or classes?
