Hi everyone! I am wondering if there is anyone with experience with EHR implementation/maintenance at any type of facility (hospitals, nursing homes) that would be willing to be briefly interviewed by me for some insight into the job. The goal is to describe an actual situation involving a decision to be made or a problem to be solved in regards to a Clinical Information System. This is mainly for an upcoming project in my Master's program and I would love to hear from those with any interesting stories! Any help is appreciated!

Honestly it could be a possibility but I'm not sure really. With so many hospitals and so many applicants they might just be sorting through everyone, but the wait is killing me. I really hope everyone here gets an offer!

Congratulations! which specialty did you get? The program starts at the same time so all Specialty/Med Surg starts March 6. Since we are already so close to the start date, I believe we should be hearing back by next week so that everyone has enough time to do the paperwork, badges, processing, etc. but again that's just a guess on my part.

I completely agree with your statement, so far throughout this whole process from application to offers it feels like Baptist has been very vague with their communication, most likely to not get people disappointed in the outcome. However I agree that Baptist should, at the very least, send an update to let all applicants know what's going on and what to expect. I've tried to get in contact with the recruiter but I have not been able to communicate with them. I guess it's just a waiting game, I will definitely update this thread if I hear anything.

HR lady transferred me and there was no answer, I'll try calling again tomorrow
