I recently applied to Banner Health Thunderbird.
I see other posts here, but nothing current. Can anyone share anything about current hiring and interviewing? I received an email about two days later saying, they are reviewing current applications.
Also wondering if I applied too early, their website up to two months in advance. I graduate in August.
I'm applying from out of state, it appears they are likely to hire from out of state.
Interview questions they ask?
Thanks
Hi @Andrew19922006 - being from out of state, did you apply right away for an AZ license? Or did you get your RN license in your home state then transfer your license? Thanks.

Hello!
I Applied on July 27th and heard back for an initial phone interview (more like a screening process to see if you meet the minimum qualifications and to identify specialties you are interested in). From there, I was offered a formal interview that took place one week later.
I was asked 3-4 behavior questions (e.g., tell me about a time where you had a conflict with a coworker and how you resolved it).
Accepted a full-time job offer at Thunderbird one week after the formal interview (start Aug. 30th)
P.S. - I'm from out of state as well
