Hi everyone!
I'm new to this site so bear with me as not sure if I've posted this correctly!
I have an interview for a band 6 sister in accident & emergency. Just wondering if anyone has had an interview recently and could share any tips or potential interview questions?
Many thanks!

What experience do you have of taking charge?
What will you bring to the department?
4 hour target?
Pre hospital care?
Communications?
Out of hours and NHS 111?
Aggression?
Violence?
What was in this months Emergency Nurse magazine?
Remember the whole Stafford nonsense - that started in A&E.
Is it still called A&E - are you sure it's not ED?
Staffing levels.
Do you have ALS, TNCC, ATLS?
ENP service?
**How do you deal with personnel issues?**
Is that enough for you to be going on with?
Remember that as a Band 6 you will be in charge and expected to run the department efficiently and meet all targets.
