Hi everyone! I am starting this thread for those applying to BC nursing for Spring 2019. Application period runs from June 1st - July 15th. This will be my second time applying.

I think it's by sept 28 , is this you first time applying ??

The website now shows 9/30 for decision emails, but that is a Sunday. I have talked to current RN students who were totally surprised that we still don't know. I did confirm with the office that the TEAS will be on Nov 1 or 2. I am so anxious to just know already!!

Yes, I called too and they said they have so many applicants they had to push the date out. I've taken my teas already, but a month to study after knowing sounds good.:)

Am I understanding the requirements correctly? You need a min. Of 2.5 GPA in your combined pre req classes ?? Or is this for you overall accumulative GPA from all college courses taken ??

Your combined English and math gpa has to be 2.5 or higher, and your combined sciences gpa has to be 2.5 or higher. I don't think your overall gpa is considered until you apply for graduation.

Wait it says your combined gpa of 2.5 for your pre reqs so It sounds more like all of your pre req together need to be 2.5 or higher ?? And no, no email yet

Okay cool.l I've had a few friends receive an email already so I was just curious and yeah I think it is ur pre-reqs

She wasn't accepted, it was a denial letter .. my pre-req gpa is 3.0 .. nothing special, my hopes aren't the highest bc of my points at BC but I've applied to other schools as well
