Backpack???

Published

Any suggestions on a good backpack that wont break your back? I am thinking one on wheels, but don't know what to get.

P.S. Soooooo excited to start nursing school!!!

I was wondering the same thing, I am also starting this fall. I just can't imagine myself rolling around a backpack for two years, plus our school has a lot of stairs. I have a swiss army backpack from target that has lasted me 3 plus years, I might try the northface next!

TimBuk2 messenger bags are awesome!!! I got mine a year ago and it still looks brand new! I used it to carry a couple binders and a 1500 page nursing book, and my back was never an issue!!

I use a rolling one.

It will fit my laptop, my giant zipper binder, a spiral and usually a textbook plus all the little crap i carry in the front pockets.

I rarely use my Jansport...only once in awhile. Just cleaned out my trunk...I had all my lab supplies in there, 3 textbooks, my clinical bag w/ all regular clinical stuff in it...plus I have a plastic crate I use to hold anything else I may need.

I tried using the reg jansport backpack for my stuff and I didn't even make it through the parking lot...went back to my trunk for my wheelie bag!
