Babysitting patient??

Is it totally against rules of nursing to offer to babysit a patient? Mind you, "patient" means student in my case....because I'm a school nurse.

Specializes in Medical, Paeds, Ob gyn, NICU.

The babysitter I use is one of the carers/group leaders from my daughters daycare :)

It is outside of the centres opening hours so the owners couldn't care less, they don't lose anything from the arrangement and I have peace of mind knowing the person watching my angels is qualified and safe.

So that means it sounds good to me, go for it.
