I have an interview with APU LVN to BSN program on Feb 15. Any tips? Is there any competency exam? Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi Kristin,

I had my interview on February 13th and Dr.Kay is very sweet. The competency exam is for those students who are chosen for the program so that's later on. Good luck!

by any chance, have you taken the competency test yet? Also, how long will they let you know if you got accepted into the program after the interview?

Hello,

I was told they would start notifying students the last week of February- the first week of March. No i have not taken the competency exam because that takes place after they have chosen the students for the May Cohort. Did you have an interview already?

Dr. Kay if I am not mistaken.. i am not sure if i/ for the may cohort though. Home health and SNF do you think that I have a chance of getting in? I'm not good at interviews! How was your interview?(:

the interview is very relaxed...made me feel at home.. you will be fine :)

thank you I'm just waiting on when that will be lol I think once you get your acceptance letter they will let all of us (may cohort) know when the test will be

I got accepted in October...and they told me that if an individual does not pass the competency exam then they can not move forward in the program
