Hi everyone! I just got an interview at the Monrovia campus today! Now the waiting game starts. I just want to wish good luck and good hope to those who are also applying for summer!

well i got a denial letter and was told i can reapply oh well my gpa isnt the greatest im sure thats is why because I have experience

What did your letter say the reason was?

denied because the program has become more competitive and unable to admit all qualified applicants. But dont understand why they bother with interviewing me and i was told i can reapply so idk. Congrats to everyone else that got in!

I got the same letter too. I was pretty devastated :/ I also think it is because of my cumulative gpa. My science gpa is 3.33 but my cumulative is only 2.84. Too many C’s from courses that I took years ago really affected my overall gpa.

@kmneu83 at least you were able to get some sort of feedback from Hanna. She keeps telling me she does know what the next step for me is. She states all she does is make sure students have a complete application she does not know anything about the admissions process. So as of now I have not recieved a single email, letter, call nothing telli g me were I stand. I have a fairly decent GPA. But I guess everyone in California wants to be a nurse so its way more competative even in the private sectors.

@brizilapolancoyour application will be rolled over and considered for fall you wont have to reapply

my science gpa was 2.7 i know awful and 3.0 general ed

Hi all, just got back from taking the written part of the competency exam. What did you all think? I was stumped on a few questions but overall not that difficult.
