Hi everyone! I just got an interview at the Monrovia campus today! Now the waiting game starts. I just want to wish good luck and good hope to those who are also applying for summer!

@Lienie hey don't worry i'm sure they're still making calls for the next few weeks. Just wait maybe before the end of February you will get a call because even reading from other threads, they give calls even a few weeks before the scheduled competency exams.

@kmneu83 I didn't get to ask that. But im guessing around 20? I thought i saw a video once of LVN to BSN graduation and they had 20 students in their cohort

I originally applied for spring 2019 and didn't get a call until last week. Don't be discouraged there is still plenty of time

Jpjavee did you originally apply for the Spring 2019 or Summer. I emailed Hanna last week and she said they have made no decisions yet not even interviews.

brizilapolanco, I'm the same with kmneu83, I applied also for Spring 2019. I even submitted my application way back in June 2018. I was hoping I would get in January this year but my application was deferred to Summer 2019 instead.

Wow I'm so anxious I ve read some students have recieved calls already for May 2019 start but that for IE. I also keep reading about a competency exam I have many friends that have already graduated from the lvn bsn program I even have 2 close friends that are in the program now at Monrovia they stated there is no test.

There is a competency test (med pass/written test) for the monrovia campus. I applied for January 2019 and got an email stating my application will be considered from summer 2019 and had an interview last week. It really seems some people get a call and accepted into the term they applied to or are called and considered for a later term.

I was told march I should hear something with I am accepted or not and then will be invited for competency testing

@Mnn4405 I have not recieved a single call or email. I have contacted Hanna many times and get the same response she is not part of admissions comeette there she has no answer. She said she does not even know if I wont be accepted. All I've been told is my application has been sent to admissions for review. From other threads have read many candidates have already been called and are scheduled for I interviews in the coming days. It's kind of a bummer because they may roll over applications on to another semester but they dont notify candidates. I'm a bit scared now because I have also heard of students whom applications fell through the cracks. I'm hoping for the best dont want to loose hope.

Did any of you get in? Or hear anything yet? I’m currently at LVN-BSN at riverside campus. Cohort 19, and we are in our second semester. Just relax the first semester is the hardest and it will take time to adjust but just breathe all of u will do just fine!
