Average pay for RN/BSN in AZ with 3 years experience?

Hey everyone,

I'm not a nurse but my wife is an RN and has her BSN. She's currently working on obtaining her MSN. We live in Southern California and she currently works on an Orthopedic Unit. She's been there about a year and prior to that worked on a med/surg/tele unit for about 2 years. We're considering a move to the Phoenix area, and I was wondering with her BSN and 3 years experience as an RN, what she might make out there (an hour)? Everything I've read has been old or unreliable information. Thanks for any insight!

Did you check the average salary on glassdoor website?

Yeah ranged from $30-$37/hr, which is a pretty big gap and I wasn't sure how accurate this information actually is.
