Hi everyone! I’m currently a student at AVC wanting to apply to the LVN Program for next fall. I know it’s a bit early to make this topic since the applications for next year aren’t available yet and the classes for this fall’s program hasn’t started.
I actually created this topic because I wanted to discuss about the requirements needed for this program. I have already done all the coursework that is stated in the application except that I currently am not holding any degrees. What I wanted to know is if I would be able to get into the program by just submitting my high school and AVC transcript along with my Education plan with those completed courses without any degrees. Also, if anyone knows, what is the minimum amount of points to get in?
Other than that, feel free to use this topic to ask any questions or to voice any concerns you guys might have about the program. Some things may be confusing for some people so let’s help each other out! ?

Hi All!
Anyone applying to the Generic RN program for Fall 2022?! Does anyone mind sharing some stats? I believe I’m at 65 points—taking the TEAS for a higher score (trying to earn more points) this Friday! ?

Hi there,
I applied to the LVN program for this upcoming fall 22 semester.
Have anyone heard anything yet? I know it's still super early as it's only April 1st, but I thought I'd ask around.
Good luck to everyone ?

I applied too. I received a letter from the mail last month saying that we’d find out through email sometime ending April or beginning of May. They didn’t say any specific dates. And those who didn’t get in would receive a letter through regular mail. Make sure to keep checking your emails during that time because they said they would only make 1 attempt to contact you and get a response.
Good luck! ☺️
I've been checking all day everyday for that email because of the letter! LOL
Hopefully we get in! Fingers crossed! ?

By chance, do you happen to know if this email sent to all applicants or just LVNs? Thanks!
I believe all who applied to the LVN program should’ve received a letter through regular mail saying that their application was received but that they still didn’t review it for accuracy or for missing documents & when to check emails throughout April- May if you got in. I haven’t received any email from them since I sent in the application. & im not sure about those who applied to the RN program.
