Avanti hospitals (East la, huntington, Memorial hospital of gardena, Coast plaza) Anyone here got an interview already? or maybe someone that knows their hiring process for new grad? any updates? thank you!

How were the questions? Behavioral? Clinical?

most questions were pretty much generic interview type of Q's. I got questions like.. "tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 yrs from now on...why do you want the job? how do you handle stressful situation.." They didnt ask me any clinical questions.. I was expecting clinical related q's but nope.

I totally agree with you! when they said it's gonna be a panel interview.. they were not joking.. lol I only had 4 people asking me Q's too..

The questions were generic. If you've had other interviews before I'm sure you will be prepared.

I Feel like the questions were not very structured... just what they wanted to ask based on past responses, at least for my situation. I had the tell us abt yourself, tell us a time you went above and beyond in clinical, where I did preceptorship, shift and unit preference, etc. They were a very easy going panel so it made it that much more comfortable even though there was a lot of them lol

Haha! Were they the ones more on the left side? Did you happen to remember what hospital and units those people said they were on? Their introductions now are all a blur!

for me, the ones who were sitting in the middle asked me the most. I rememebr they were from Gardena Memorial, but i do not recall which unit. there were too many of them.. :p

I interviewed today, full panel.. wow. I think it went well. does anyone know by when will they let us know their desicion?

They told me that they will notify people next week. Not sure exactly when next week but i hope it's early next week:-) good luck to us all!

They asked me what specific hospital I wanted to work in.. did they ask anyone else the same question? I feel bad for only only saying one :(
