Avanti hospitals (East la, huntington, Memorial hospital of gardena, Coast plaza) Anyone here got an interview already? or maybe someone that knows their hiring process for new grad? any updates? thank you!

Yes I'm from the la area. San Gabriel valley area. I submitted my application pretty early. Second day after application was posted. Maybe they're calling based on when you submitted your application?

For those that have interviewed with them before, can you give the rest of us some tips and a little about how their interview/hiring process is set up?

Interviews are all this week only. Friday being the last day to interview?

Wish I had more info to give you. I'm not sure which days exactly, all she said was this week. I'm later in the week, but maybe the others that have interviews can help you out with your question?

just had my interview today.:dead:it lasted about 30 min for me... i think they are interviewing more people next week too.

Just had my interview today as well. They told me that they will be interviewing today and next thursday only and that notifications will be given in two weeks. So there is still hope!

So just had mine today too. Same as what they both said, interviews today and next Thursday. I asked how many they'd be taking this batch and they told me 10 total for all hospitals... Not too many. Also, either way if you get picked or not, you'll be getting a phone call.

I thought they were all so nice. I knew it was panel, but they weren't joking around when they meant panel lol plenty of faces. Sad I didn't catch names when they introduced themselves since it was so quick and overwhelming. The most I've had in a "panel" was 2 lol but when I say there's a lot of them, it's no joke haha.

But regardless, everyone was so nice and I feel as if you can get an idea who likes you, depending on who asked the most questions to you. Is that how the others felt too or was that just me in my head? I had about 4 that asked me bunches of questions while the others were just sitting and listening.
