Hi pre-nursing students!
So I know it's extremely early but I figured I'd go ahead and start a thread for Spring 2020 applicants. I'm a huge worry bug and have tons of questions and would love to give and receive advice throughout this process. I'm completing my last two prerequisites this spring and will be applying when the application opens on May 15th! Tell me about your journey and ask questions about mine!

If I get an A in Micro, 40.99.
If I get a B, 39.98.
I have As in Eng, Psych, Ethics, and Pharm.
B in A&P 2, C (boo) in A&P 1.
94 on HESI.
All co-reqs taken.
I've seen anywhere from 33-35 bring the cutoff for some cohorts. It all depends.

I have a 37. I was working full time when taking my classes. I kinda wish I hadn't but it is what it is??♀️ cant make excuses now. It was TOUGH. I've known people in the past that have gotten in with low 30s. I think the max points for a new candidate is 44. But a reapplicant could potentially have more points than a brand new applicant with all around perfect scores so... ??♀️ all depends on who's applying when

I'm right there with you with a 37, working along with mom/wife life added the crazy ride of taking these classes as quickly as possible. A&P2, Mirco and Pharm all at once really made me question my sanity on days.

Yea worse comes to worse I'll reapply get 5 points added on and keep going. Sucks to fall a whole year behind but I'll just save money since theres zero working happening once u start?

That's an insane schedule! I worked and have a family but I only did two classes at a time.
I actually took micro this summer so I could apply and NOT get in so I could apply for fall and get in, keeping on track with what I had planned. I'll be stoked if I get in.

They def said this week for the first wave so some of us should see something.
Judging from the past years' threads, all semesters are like this.
