Can someonE tell me how the check application status works? I submitted my app a week ago but it is still saying I have no apps when I go to check?

Sometimes it just takes them a moment to update everything. The link is: https://webapps.augusta.edu/pls/apex/f?p=161:LOGIN:

All you need is your last name, first name, last 4 of social security and your birthday.

If it's not working, I recommend just calling admissions: 706-737-1632

I feel like almost every time I've called, things have been updated the same day (might just be a coincidence).

I e-mailed **** today after calling admissions probably one too many times asking for updates.

She said that my decision was most likely delayed because of an outstanding transcript or other 'outstanding information' and to call admissions to make sure they had everything.

Admissions told me I had everything, and that they were purely just waiting on the CNL department.

Nori also stated that my application should be processed by mid-February if everything was received (which admissions has confirmed, they have confirmed, and the application status check has confirmed).

Not sure if anyone else has heard anything, but hopefully this is helpful information to someone!

Thank you for posting this comment. I am in a similar situation and I was feeling like the only one experiencing delays within this application process.

Thanks so much! I just e-mailed Nori to get an update on my status as well since it said the same thing as yours. When did you submit your application?

November 15th and received an e-mail December 4th that my application was under review

I've been experiencing the same application delays. I had asked awhile back if I was indeed in the early admission cycle because I had everything in by Nov 15th, and received an email that my application was under review Dec 2nd and it was confirmed... So I'm not sure why it's still taking so long/ I can't log into the application status.

Once applications are complete the nursing dept committee reviews everything, makes a decision, then sends their info to the admissions dept (who updates the website and sends letters etc... this contributes to some of the lags in the process). I know the committee met in December before the holidays and was supposed to meet again sometime this month. I had my application in very early and was waitlisted (I think because I took two prerequisite classes this fall and they wanted to see those grades to make a decision). My admissions status was updated to “decision made- in mail” and it took almost two weeks after that until I got my waitlist letter. Still stalking my mailbox for any updates, although I don’t know if the committee even got to me in the Jan meeting or if they’ve even met yet!
