Hi everyone,

I've been a lurker on allnurses for years, and finally am finishing up school to move forward for my Associates at Broward. Unfortunately, they have totally thrown a monkey wrench in the pre-req requirements, and now I'm going to have to wait until Jan 2015 possibly to get into that program!!!!! I have all pre res done except for the new math, CHM and new Micro pre-req. This is devastating. I'm wondering though, is it possible to take the Micro and Lab in the summer and somehow slip in for the August 2014 program, or am i bananas?

Go to BC web site then admissions then health care forms then documents. All the forms are there.

Anyone know when there gonna send us the back round and physical information? ?

Dont forget to get at 8am folks and register for your classes using the reference codes that was sent to us last week. Good luck and I hope we get in tge campuses of our choice.

How soon will I get my certificates if I complete the ceus at BC? Do the shoes have to be white?

Olkan I know it's frustrating but don't worry the hard work will pay off in the end. You should get your certificate in a week or two. And, yes we need white shoes.....nursemate is ok even with the little blue heart.

One last thing; I signed up for the CAE0644 class at BC. The class shows up on D2L; I just read the syllabus. My concern is I will not be able to complete the course anytime soon because I will have exams every week in my summer classes. Will they dropped me from the class?

Hello ,

I am an LPN; however, I applied for Generic RN because I missed application dead line for LPN to RN transisition. My Hesi scores overall was 81% and GPA 3.42. Do you think BC is still accepting application for August RN program?

I turned my application in to Nicole @ Central Campus, roughly about 2-3 weeks ago, my status still say "Pre Program Application".

Olkan...you can do the ceu at any time.i did mine in a day and a half on the weekend.you just have to complete by the day they give you for the end of the class.i think it was August 18 but I wouldn't wait that long because school starts on the 25th and you have to hand in all your paperwork.
