the auditors are coming!!!!!!

hey you guys

following on from my previous gripe about my workplace we have just found out that the auditors are coming to theatres!!!!!! :o

they came a few weeks ago and have decided that we have 16 surplus staff -where they are i don't know, maybe hidding in a cupboard.

i am so worried as i am the most junior of them all as i have only been qualified for 4 months.

does anyone know how they make these selections is it last in first out.

i LOVE my job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am just starting to find my feet and now i think i am going to lose it all.

sorry to keep moaning about this but its all i think about, at work nit is all we talk about and moral is soooo low at the minute.

Please dont worry, I havent any words of wisdom. Who can predict at the moment but try and keep positive.

Just make sure that you are in a union and get your rep to attend any inspection they make - they can then support you and correct any misinformation or strange ideas the auditors may get.

Try not to worry as Madwife says - in the long run, you can't do anything to stop them coming - I am assuming they are a 'turn around' team from the deficits group??
