ATT new York

Published

Hey guys....

How many weeks or months to wait for ATT  NCLEX RN new York?....others say it takes for them almost 3-5 months to arrive?

Thanks

Wondering the same! I applied July 1...however, they needed an updated form 2 since I'm from Texas and the registrar signed it before my grad date. I just called and they said that got scanned yesterday. Told me it should take 6-8 weeks to get my ATT. Really hoping this isn't the case.

My processing exam agency told me 1-6 weeks to get att... But others says it take them months to received their att.... Actually I didn't apply my att yet because  others say that their are no available schedule in Philippines until the end of the year.... Those who already have exam dates got cancelled.... ?Others say 3x there scheduled dates cancelled....

I have clients in NYC that got their ATT within a week or so. There are also more testing dates that have come available, so heads up! If you haven't checked in a couple weeks - check again!

Also - FYI - as of Oct. 1st, the minimum # of test items will increase to 75, maximum of 145 and 5 hours to test.

Good luck!

I am graduating in May 2021 from a compact state but wanting to apply in NYC. How does the license transfer work and how soon am I able to start applying for a New York license? Any advice you have would be great!! ?

@Babydawn

NY is not a compact state. Therefore you will have to apply for your license by endorsement. I had a Maryland license but I wanted to work in NYC as well, so I had to get a NYS license. All I had to do was fill out the application and pay. I got the license in no time. Here is the info you'll need: http://www.op.nysed.gov/prof/nurse/nurseendorse.htm

Good luck!
