Grady finally sent the letter and the recruiter called and apologized for the delay and said it was “above her pay grade” but the delay was because there was debates on changing the new grade base pay so it’s increased by $5 over what we were originally offered!

what was the pay before ?

For some! The base was 32 dollars and after 90 days a block pay of 8.00 additional. The block pay has changed so the base was increased to compensate for that loss

How did you find out about the block pay change? Do you know what it is for critical care now?

I spoke with the recruiter because of the increase in base pay and was told that it was increased due to the change in block pay amount. The block now will be based on the unit you are assigned too but will be lower that the original 8 dollar amount.

For Grady residents where is corporate nursing orientation tomorrow and are scrubs required?

Innovation center on 1 F and scrubs aren’t required but you can wear them

Hi everyone! Did anyone get any info on Grady block pay and shift differential?

hey guys. has anyone created a group chat for the CHOA nurse residency?
