hello,
I haven't seen a thread yet for new grad nurse residencies starting in feb/march 2022. Thought id make a thread to post updates. So far I have applied to CHOA, Emory, Wellstar, and Piedmont-waiting for Northside and Grady to open up

Still thinking it over but currently leaning towards MSICU and neuro ICU. who is your interview with this week? Good luck!

CHOA.
I’ve been on their, Piedmont’s, neuro floor for clinical shifts and they’ve always been great. It’s their smallest ICU with 10 beds, and they seem to be very willing to help each other out when needed. Good luck in your decision!

That's awesome. My friend just got a job at CHOA in their ED. Which unit at CHOA are you interviewing with?!

PICU. Congrats to your friend!

Definitely CICU for me. Did your recruiter send you the unit list with types of patients and machines frequently used for each unit? That was very helpful!
