ATI versus Saunders NCLEX review

Published

I have the ATI study guide and questions..I also have the saunders book..Which one is better?

Here at Allnurses, I think Saunders seems to be the popular choice. I passed with Saunders, but I don't have any experience with ATI.

I took the ATI review and I feel that it and Kaplan are the most like NCLEX. Good Luck

I did the first 50 chapters from the Saunders before I tore my hair out with boredom. (I did them in 3 days). I thought the NCLEX looked just like their tests. I took it in 55minutes, passed with 75. Lots of--patient teaching and what would you do first, or how would you intervene.

Don't know what ATI is...

:uhoh21: cardiacRN i am wondering how did you did that!? 50 chapters in 3 days?! please tell me how because i feel like when i've done with one chapter a rather go back to read it again. I can not retain anything...what should i do? just needed to vent.

Bori

I used four different revision books and did alot of questions, I passed in 53 mins with 77 questions...

I didn't read the chapters, just did the tests. I was satisfied witht he rationals provided why I got the answers wrong. Towards the end when I started getting really bad grades on the tests was when I knew it was time to stop!
