Hey guys, the point I was trying to make (poorly) is that they charge $20 to send an email! Don't you think that's ridiculous????????? They are totally taking advantage of the students. The company must be making exorbitant amounts of money by charging for a "service" that costs them NOTHING!

here's an online chat i had with an ati rep just a few minutes ago.
nancy: hello, how may i assist you?
robert: yes!
robert: i just ordered a teas transcript
robert: and i sent it to the wrong place
robert: can you switch the recipient?
nancy: one moment
robert: ok
nancy: i am sorry. you are going to have to go thru the steps again and pay. once the credit card has been entered and approved the scores are sent electronically to the schools.
robert: i can't cancel it???
nancy: no, we have a no refund policy
robert: i don't care if you don't refund, i don't want the transcript sent
nancy: i am sorry it is automated. we cannot stop it
robert: so you charge $20 for nothing?
robert: an automated email... you're charging $20 for?
robert: that is such thievery
nancy: i am sorry you feel that way, but that is how are system works
i concluded with "thanks for nothing."
her final comment? "have a nice day."
