does anyone know if csn wants us to study for the ati exam on jan 6? would it be a good idea to study with the ati study guides anyway? and what percent do we need to pass this test?
can anyone schedule to take the ati test on their own at any time ? i thought i could pay for it and get it proctored at a college at the end of december. is that one way of doing it ?
i remember that the nursing office people said that it would most likely be a math exam and there is no "passing" score per say (also mentioned in the orientation) ... the only purpose of the test is to find out, how far long/short majority of the nursing students' math skills are. . . i suppose you can review your math skills but they never mentioned anything about a study guide.
ati is a company that specializes in giving out standardized exams, also reviewers (teas, nclex. . . etc.). i guess they're the ones that csn hired to handle their ati exam on jan 6th. ati exam is required to be taken with the rest of the accepted nursing incoming class for the semester. they will tell us when & what room we're supposed to take it and everyone takes it on jan 6th. it can't be "proctored" at a different school or at a preferred time.
