Hello,
I just did one of the online ATI practice tests and the time was counting up not down, and it did not restart when I moved sections.
This confused me as I thought it would count down for each section.
Can someone tell me what the actual test format is like?
Can you tell me about the timer?

The timer is different. The practice test timer is just a general timer so you can see how long, in general, it takes you to complete the 150 questions.
The timer on the actual test counts down from the allotted time you have in each section. The timer "resets" in each section once you start and will count down.

I just took my TEAS V last week and the timer was different from the practice! Exactly how the previous poster described it. Good luck on your exam!
Great thanks! Can you tell me how flagging works on the real test?
I don't think you can flag on the real test.
You can go back to any question, but you'll have to remember which question you wanted to go back to or write it down. We were given scrap paper before the start & there were a couple math and science that I had to go back to, so I just jotted the number down on the scrap paper.
