Hey everyone!
Hope everyone had a fabulous day so far. So currently I'm going to school for my associates in liberal studies, or general ed. However, I know for a fact I do indeed want to dedicate my life somewhere in the health care field. I've thought about nursing, and may go forth with that decision. Does anyone know what other areas in the health care industry that require an associates degree? Obviously there are a lot of factors to consider as far as where I would want to advance down the road. I have many reasons why nursing is my number one choice, but I want to consider other options. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Nursing requires at least an associates degree. Not sure of other specialities, but I would check into radiology, lab or other diagnostic specialites.
Thank you! May I ask why or how you got involved with nursing?
I took a CNA course in high school and fell in love with helping people and medicine in general. I then went to the local college for information and the rest is history.

Occupational therapy aid, respiratory therapy, RN(ADN), mortuary science, physician assistant, radiology, paramedics(both certificate and associates degree). These are all the programs offered at my community college in which you can get an associates in. Hope this is helpful, and good luck in your journey.
