Good luck at ASU. I have several friends/coworkers who are currently in the program at one stage or another.

Good Luck,
I hope to be accepted. How was your interview, any pointers? I am just afraid that my icu exp will not be good enough. I work in small hospital in El Dorado and we are just now starting open hearts this next week. I have been a nurse for years. Just nervous about applying

The interview is ok. Three stations...general stuff like why do you want to be a crna and stuff like that; knowledge station with a crna and student, it was pretty low stress but stuff you should know; and an interview with Ms. Campbell and a student...just general questions. There is a written test but they keep you moving in and out. Good luck to you.
ctucker-are you applying for 2007 or 2008?
I would love to get in as soon as possible which will probably be 2008. From what I hear they are overloaded with applicants. Did any of yall apply to any other programs.
I've been a RN for 12 years, but am just now finishing my BSN. I'll complete it Dec 2007 and hope to interview at ASU in Nov or March. I believe those are the months they interview. It will be the only place I apply. I hadn't heard that they were overloaded with applicants. That's kindof scary.

I start the ASU program in 2007. As far as I know they are still trying to fill spots. I know of at least two nurses that I work with who are interviewing this month. Their interview is not bad at all. They do a very good job at making you feel welcome. Sue Campbell is great, and she makes you feel very comfortable. Good Luck to all that have interviews!
I sent you a PM.
