It looks like it's been a while since anyone asked about PCH new grad. Just wondering the process and any advice.

It went well yes I got the Job !! really thankful!! I was nervous at first but then when the first question came up I noticed I wasn't nervous anymore once i started talking. The first thing I was asked was tell me about yourself, lots and lots of behavioral questions and once you are asked a question they ask tell me a time when you used what you learned in another situation. They also asked me about why PCH. Nothing about strength or weakness . For those of you that are waiting to interview, if you know what department, stalk the pch website ,thats your best friend, thats what I did and it paid off. When the person interviewing me would talk about the department I was able to make a conversation out of it because I had looked things up and I could see that she was impressed. I also looked at PCH history and current research and it made it way easier for me because when we were talking I was able to add things in and ask questions based on what I knew about the company when I researched. Biggest thing I can give advice on , know why you want to work there , do some research on the company , because I could see it in the person interviewing me that she was impressed when I elaborate on things about the company. I was interviewed by one person. Hope this helps someone, PM me if you have any questions.
