I recently passed my nclex and have put out over 50 applications to both dignity health and banner. I haven't heard back anything from either and it's been about three weeks.. I've been rejected to multiple banner jobs and dignity still says pending recruiter review.. How do I find a job?! I've emailed and called recruiters but I always get their voicemail and never hear anything back. I graduate with my bsn this may. Any tips would be wonderful. I'm looking at east valley jobs or even jobs in casa grande because I live in San tan valley.

The hospitals spends a lot of money training new nurses through orientation only to lose the nurse after 6 month maybe a year later. A suggestion would be is re-apply but now in the cover letter state your aware it cost $15,000 to $25,000 to train a new nurse and you're willing to sign a 2 year contract guarantee that you will stay. This will separate you from the other new nurses and give you a a better chance just don't send this out to all 50 places, be discerning because you will have to live up to your end.

I think you need to just wait it out.
I am kinda in your situation.... Started applying for jobs right after I graduated in December with BSN...No response....January goes by no response.... Tested and received my license in early Feb, I got one response!
I also live in the Phoenix East Valley, I think there is so many new grads in the area that the hospitals can afford to be picky and hire a nurse with experience or only BSN, RN. IMHO you'll be much more marketable in May.
Also, keep in mind that sometimes these things go really, really slow, The one response I got scheduled my interview three weeks in advanced. So although they may be hiring, they may not be in any rush.
In addition to what ronchele said, double and triple check your resume and cover letter to make sure they are on point.
A bonus tip is to be creative with your searching. Banner and Dignity sometimes have new grad positions that are not facility based so they don't show up, for example, when you Job search at Banner Ironwood, you have to only put in a location(AZ) and go though all the listings to find them.
Best of luck and let us know how it turns out!

Graduate and then hit the trail and be proactive. Digital is not always effective.
