I recently passed my nclex and have put out over 50 applications to both dignity health and banner. I haven't heard back anything from either and it's been about three weeks.. I've been rejected to multiple banner jobs and dignity still says pending recruiter review.. How do I find a job?! I've emailed and called recruiters but I always get their voicemail and never hear anything back. I graduate with my bsn this may. Any tips would be wonderful. I'm looking at east valley jobs or even jobs in casa grande because I live in San tan valley.

I am starting spring of 14 but I'm doing the asu cep program does anyone know if I'm going to be in a different class than the traditional program or are we all mixed together?
