Does anyone know of any travel companies that use LPN's?

Not very many...check favorite nurses. Most will not pay for your Hotel/living quarters.

^ that's wrong there are agencies that use lpns they just don't advertise it like they advertise for RNs and they do pay for housing. By the way I'm a traveling Lpn

I used to travel quite a bit with MedStaff Inc, Core Medical, White Glove Agency, Richards Healthcare, MGA, Valley Healthcare Systems...many companies don't widely advertise LPN/LVN openings...inquire on healthcaretraveler.com and call some facilities in areas where you are interested in working(ask the nurse staffing office/coordinator or nurse recruiter which companies they contract with, contact directly and apply...)

The issue sometimes is the different scope of practices between states. LPN's can work in critical care settings in Texas but not in many other states. There is some good advice in the above posts from experienced travel LPN's.
Good luck, unlike travel RN's it may require a bit more leg work on your end to find the opportunities but if travel nursing as a practical nurse is your desire I'm sure it will be worth it.
I live in central NY. I am a traveling dialysis nurse. I'm on my 2nd assignment. I'm actually working in NY as a traveler. There is some leg work but I believe it's worth it. No benefits but the money is nice plus when you get sick of the facility your leaving to go home or the next assignment
