AST, ALT (SGTP) and GGT are liver enzymes; cholesterol, LDL and triglcerides are levels of particular fats in the blood. Neither of these are specifically endocrinological in nature; you and your husband are probably better off talking with a GP about what these results mean and what intervention (if any) would be appropriate.
Dostinex and Cortef I know are prescribed frequently by an endocrinologist for disorders/diseases, and, therefore, these labs should be shown be read by his endocrinologist.
To the OP, yes, he needs to contact his physician/endocrinologist for clarification of these lab values. The members of Allnurses.com can not give you medical advice.
Good luck.

My husband was recently turned down for disability insurance because he had some abnormal lab results. I have tried to get in with his endocrine Doctor to see what these results mean , but he has not returned our calls or e-mail and its been over two months now. (he was informed of the results)
My husband takes Dostinex 0.5 Mg 1x a week and Cortef 10 mg 1 1/2 tablet once a day.
His abnormal labs were: AST(SGOT) 74 H
ALT (SGTP) 205 H
GGT (GGTP) 162 H
CHolesterol 251 H
LDL (calculated) 154 H
Triglcerides 181 H
Would you suggest we seek another Doctor to take a look, or do you think it's not serious and our Dr would have called us back if it were?
I'm a new student and I don't know a thing about labs yet.
I hope some-one takes the time to reply.
Thanks,
