Hello all! This thread is for those prospective students applying to Azusa Pacific University's ELMSN program for the Summer 2022 cohort.

Hi! I just had my interview yesterday and it went really well. I’m sure you’re going to do great!

hi!! I am glad your interview went well ? can I ask which location you interviewed for? And what kind of questions did they ask you? I have mine this Wednesday and I am very nervous haha

@nara Yeah no problem! Don’t be nervous! I applied to the SD campus. They just want to get to know you and see if you’re a good fit for the program. They asked me questions about my strengths and weaknesses, how I handle stress, and why I wanted to be a nurse. Very straight forward, you got this! I’ll pray your interview goes smoothly?

oh wow okay that's a relief! thanks so much. I also applied to the SD campus too ? hopefully we can both get in! oh also, I forgot to ask this, but I believe there is a written portion? If the interview is through zoom, would I type it out..?

Definitely let me know if you get in and for what cohort and I’ll do the same! There is no written portion, I made sure to clarify that. Our personal statement we turned in with our application is being used to take place of that. I guess they got rid of that last year! Lucky for us ? at least for those applying to SD.

Hi everyone! I have my interview next week and I am wondering if anyone has any advice/ what the interview is like/ some of the questions asked. I am a bit anxious since this is my first nursing school interview! Thank you in advance :)

Congrats!!  I’m hoping to hear back soon. I applied to the IE location
