Hey everyone,

I have just submitted my application for the Summer BSN program at APU. Has anyone else submitted their application or would anyone else like to share their stats?

 

Science GPA: 3.16

Overall: 3.66

I believe they started sending out decisions this week (I received mine yesterday), though I am basing it on what everyone has said- that they were on Spring break last week. If my memory is correct, the deadline to submit the application was February 1, so it did take about 8 weeks (like someone else has stated) to receive decisions. Hopefully everyone receives their decision soon and I hope the best for you all! ?

Congrats!! Has anyone else heard back?? I keep checking my email and portal but nothing. May I ask what area code did they call you from? So I can look out for it. I typically will not answer if I don’t know the number.

Would you mind sharing your stats? I’m so nervous now. APU was my main choice and I don’t want to have to go to West coast ☹️. I feel very anxious now.

The area code was 760. As for my stats, they were very average compared to what I've seen on this forum:

Cumulative GPA: 3.80

Science GPA: 3.84 

Considering I didn't have much experience directly related to the medical field/volunteer experience, I was superrrr surprised I was accepted. I wish you guys the best and do hope you all hear back soon!!

Nope, nothing. I’ve been screening EVERY random number that’s been calling me hahaha. Tomorrow would be awesome. Fingers crossed.

I spoke to my advisor today, he said the school will still be reviewing applicants “for the next few weeks”... OMG. LOL.

Wow!! I just got a call from a 626 number, I got in!!!
