APU 2+2 BSN program Summer 2023 Admissions

Hello Everyone, 

I don't see a thread for the 2023 application for APU. I submitted my application with a 3.78 cumulative GPA and a 3.79 science GPA. Has anyone applied before? This is my first time applying for high desert region. I am a bit nervous because I found another thread that said the essay being one page was imperative. Mine was almost two pages. We still have another month of waiting to find out but has anyone been here before and can share any advise?

I'm out of the country I can't ? I was wondering if you could update me on the in person part ? I think that'll be in the online part not sure.

Hey, just wanted to update you. We learned about the snap for the first half and got a tour. The second part we went over things like our schedule for this semester.

Anyone get into APU with W's on their transcripts? I will be getting ready to apply soon but I hope they don't automatically disqualify me. It sucks they do not provide reason for not getting in if your are not accepted. Any tips on the personal statement? Thank you

Hi, I have a W on my transcript and got in so I don't believe they automatically disqualify for that reason.

Hi, I also have a W and I got accepted. I got in the second time I applied, I didn't retake any classes.

I also reapplied and I only changed by personal statement. Make sure to include why you are a good candidate for APU nursing. What you want to achieve through APU's nursing.

I'm applying currently. Anyone have any tips or templates for personal statement? I'm trying to write a good statement. My GPA is 3.6 but I know the statement letter adds points
