they didn't give a specific time they just said november. I'm guessing we will find out mid-end of november

For everyone who applied for April do you mind sharing your work experience/degree/gpa?

I applied for the second time. Didn't get in for jan 2017. I applied with 47 credits ( previously i applied with 29). Im not sure what my gpa is but the department said it was high so I'm guessing maybe a 3.6 or 3.7. I have over 350 hours volunteering at a care home and about 180 hours at a hospital. I also attached my cpm hcp cert and first aid cert. I had two references one from a professor and one from a volunteer manager. I applied back in May and in July I got two really good health care jobs and so I wrote a letter about the jobs and my roles in each that I attached. So I am hoping that will be enough. What about you guys?

I applied for this intake with a 3.46 GPA on program prereqs. Im not sure what my CGPA is, but i believe it falls between 3.0-3.5. I also am a Healthcare Assistant 2015 graduate from VCC and have been working as a Care Aide in Senior facilities and Community settings with a total of 2.5k work hour seniority.

Ive done Pathophysiology and Microbiology, another english elective at Douglas and health ethics at BCIT. my post secondary credits falls around 40-50ish which includes both UT courses ive taken and the HCA courses.

Although ive got the experience , i still worry about how i will do on the coming questionnaire, and it might pull me down onto not getting in this intake.

Ive gone past through being super anxous about trying to get in the nursing program now, so im like, meh if i get in, thats great, if not, ill try again.. LMAO.

Bruh, you're gonna get in. SO impressive! Plus you're a guy and that gives you more of a chance because they want more guys in the program! Good luck!
