I am so flippin' excited. I got my checklist back today and it was approved so now the only thing I have to do is apply to the program.
I guess it isn't the only thing I have to do considering I still need to make it through the nursing program!!!!

Where you expecting it to be denied? Seems like if you had your ducks in a row all they could do is approve it. Good luck.
Trust me, those people in student services are capable of just about anything.
I sent in 2 checklists. One before I got my residency and one after. The second one came back saying that I needed to submit my high school transcripts. Apparently the person who did my 2nd checklist couldn't see what the person who did my first checklist could see, which is that I (like many women) have a maiden name under which my transcripts can be found...

Congrats & good luck! I remember waiting for that letter to arrive, I was so stalking the mailman. Now I'm waiting for Potomac Hospital to post their new grad positions . . .

Hey everyone, I need some help. I took the TEAS yesterday and passed everything but the sciences part..... I got a 76.7. I am so disappointed. I wanted to apply for the fall program. Any advice?? Is there a program in Va were my test score are good enough. I have completed all of my prereq's and coreq's for the nursing program at NVCC, and I have a 3.6... Help!!! I don't know what to do.

Either take another science course or study a Nclex style book and study the science in it. Don't give up trust me. Do what ever it takes to get the score you need.
