applying to MDC .. whats up with admissions?

Im in the process of applying to MDC as an international student... but trying to get a hold of anyone in admissions is virtually impossible!!

No one returns phone calls or emails.... i had corresponded with someone once a few months ago and trying to get answers out of her was painful to say the least... now I have a few other questions about the application and cant get an answer from her.

Does anyone have a good contact there in admissions at any of the campuses that actually picks up the phone or returns emails?

Also, should this be making me worried? I will be moving from Canada to attend MDC and their total lack of communication is really starting to scare me. Is this a reflection of how the school as a whole operates? Should I consider somewhere else???

and a sad sidenote... i called international admissions at homestead campus, and the girl who answered the phone told me she couldnt answer my questions over the phone and could i please come in? (????) i was like, huh? I'm in CANADA. this is INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS right????

Indeed it was... sigh...

depending on the questions and if you are comfortable enough to ask here, you might be able to get some answers from some of the students on here, I do not go to Miami Dade so i cant help you further but hopefully someone will

BTW you will probably have a better experience with Florida International University. Great program, great campus.
