Applying for Harper RN Spring 2011?

Hi Jessicuy, I've been accepted into the Nursing Program (Spring 2011). I do not know what the cut off score is. I've had 92% composite, 98 %-science and math and only 42%- English part on the NLN exam. In anatomy I got A and I am still in Physiology. For the schedule you can check it on the Harper's web page, because they have different days and times for the classes-mainly in the morning.

Thank you very much for responding, I am so worried about getting into the program because I have already been denied admission once, not at harper though. I want to get in already and start my way to the career path I chose. I know it'll be really tough but I am willing to make all the necessary sacrificies to get through nursing school as I'm sure you are too. My nln score was in the 80s but I have pretty decent grades on both anatomy and physiology. I am also currently taking micro so I hope I can be admitted. Wish me luck!

OMG, I JUST HAD TO SHARE THIS..... GIRLS I GOT ACCEPTED!!!!!!:dancgrp: I cant believe it, I am super happy. I can't wait for Spring 2011 to come, I already registered for classes and spoke to my boss regarding my new schedule since they are willing to work with me on this. There are absolutely no words to describe this feeling. I can't stop smilling. :yeah:

I just found out I made it for fall too! :lol2: Anyone taking Micro or Psych 228 over the summer? I need to take both.

I'm taking microbiology and psy 228 right now to get it over with, sorry! does anyone know if we register for classes the same day as everyone else, april 12th? I did hear something about having to be tested for our cna skills before we register, but I'm not sure. The cna skills i'm worried about because I took the cna class a year ago and haven't worked as one. I hope there is a lot of open lab time we could use to practice!!!

Congratulations you guys!!! Glad to hear that we've all been excepted! I am looking foward to meeting and seeing you all around campus. Yes this will be a really long hard road and we will make it! I've been down this road once before, did a year at Chamberlain College of Nursing, but had to stop going for various reasons. But I know this school won't let me down, Im so excited and happy to be on this road once again!

Anyone know when Orientation is???

I'm sure we will all do great! We just have to stick together! I actually almost went to chamberlain, but harper is cheaper and closer for me! I hate that we haven't had any info yet haha. I wish I knew if we are supposed to sign up for classes on the regular sign up date. Oh well, just have to be patient i guess! :)

Ladies,

I was wondering what your nln and bio scores were? I also applied for fall 2011 with 80 on my NLN and got a letter that I would be reconsidered again on June 8th when they would evalutate remaining canditates. I just wanted to see if I still had a chance. Congrats to all of you!!!!!!!! :yeah:

My Bio Scores were A's and B's. My NLN scores were ok. Did u add up all of your points, if so how much did you get. The cut off was 50, I got 55. Are you an in distict or out of district student??? Good luck and I hope you get in!!!
