When applying for your first RN position is it ok to submit many (10-20) applications, at the same time to a large company? Does it help or hurt your chances of securing a single position?

Check first to see if their automated application process will let you designate multiple positions with one application. "Carpet bombing" a company with applications somehow seems counter-productive. (I don't know this as a fact, just a hunch...)

Some employers limit the number of open applications you are allowed to have at any one time. You might want to check on that before you start "carpet-bombing" (which is frowned upon), so, if there is a limit, you can prioritize applying for the positions that most interest you.
Best wishes!

I did maybe three max at the same place but made sure they were for very different positions. Only one place where I submitted multiple (in this case two for different locations) applications contacted me. I'm working for them now.
