New RN filling out apps. I have been a paramedic for the last 20+ years in a union state. I am relocating to a non union state and I make about $15 more/hr as a medic than the posted hourly pay for RN. On the apps that I am looking at, it asks for current hourly wage. I know walking in that I am taking a cut in pay by relocating, but I dont want a potential employer to assume I wont work for less than what I am currently making.
