Application to New Jersey

my employer told me this:

"there are some problems with your papers. the lawyer wants to know if you have your certificate."

what certificate is he looking for?? i ask him whats that certificate but didnt respond yet..

Proof that the applicant has achieved a passing score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language exam, TOEFL (C.G.F.N.S. is also providing English language evaluations) (Must be submitted only to C.G.F.N.S.);

above all these, i still have to work on this english exam first hahaha!!! i have to go throug alot before going abroad!!hayy!!
